Comprehensive 6-Hour Class

Our detailed 6-hour training program is designed to provide a thorough understanding of motocross, divided into two immersive parts:

In-Class Training (3 Hours)

AGENDA TRAINING CATAGORIES:  These training categories are the main framework to build the passion, desire, and commitment to be a champion at your pace and progress.

1.       MENTAL PREPARATION / Techniques like visualization and mindset conditioning can enhance reaction times, improve decision-making under pressure, and help riders maintain focus and composure, especially during chaotic race moments.

2.       ATTITUDE / “Fast is not just throttle—it is mental. When you control your attitude, you control your outcome.”

3.       GOAL SETTING / Goal setting is a crucial component of success in motocross racing. In this chapter, we will explore the importance of setting clear, focused goals and provide guidance on how to establish both short-term and long-term objectives.

4.       PHYSICAL TRAINING / Physical training plays a vital role in preparing for success in motocross racing. In this chapter, we will explore various training methods and techniques aimed at enhancing your physical fitness and endurance on the track.

5.       BIKE PREPARATION / Bike preparation is a critical aspect of motocross racing that ensures your safety, the reliability of your motorcycle, and your performance on the track.

6.       STARTING PROCEDURES AND TECHNIQUE / Starts are one of the most decisive phases in motocross racing. At an advanced level, the start is no longer just a skill—it is a calculated, repeatable performance system.

7.       CORNERING TECHNIQUES / Cornering is a foundational skill in motocross, accounting for a massive portion of lap time efficiency, rider flow, and race position gains.

8.       JUMPING TECHNIQUES / Jumping is one of the most dynamic and visually commanding skills in motocross, but for professional racers, it is far more than just spectacle—it is a strategic performance tool.

9.       ROCKERS STUTTERS BUMPS AND WHOOPS / Rockers, stutter bumps, and whoops are common obstacles encountered in motocross racing. In this chapter, we will explore various techniques for navigating these obstacles effectively, including body positioning, throttle control, and visual focus. Facilitators will learn how to instruct participants to approach and conquer these obstacles with confidence.
